Return & Exchange Policy


3-Month Warranty:Customers will enjoy a 3-month warranty (3 months of receiving), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

30-Day Exchange&Return:Unsatisfied glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receiving. Only shipping fees will apply. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange/return. Please kindly note we could not make an equal exchange/return for entering wrong prescription.

What is the return process?

Chat with us or send an email to for the RA# (Return Authorization Number).

• Fill out your warranty card with necessary information.

• Ship the glasses back with the warranty card and RA#. Returns should be sent to: 24001 SE Black Nugget Road Issaquah WA 98029. Refund or remake will be processed as soon as we received the returned order.

How can I get my shipping fee reimbursed for returned orders?

We will reimburse the shipping fee of returning orders to you if the glasses have quality issue or prescription was incorretly processed. You can return the order by Standard Shipping (USPS first class) and email us the tracking number. We do not cover shipping fee for glasses returned with express or other shipping method.

What do I do if the glasses have prescription issues when I receive them?

Sometimes it takes a few days to adjust to a new prescription, but if you still cannot adapt to your glasses a few days later, you can contact us by online chat or email. Our customer service will help determine the issue for you.
