Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution of tactics across multiple search engines and social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to identify actionable opportunities.
Design, test and iterate ad copy and validate results.
Identify opportunities for the keyword, geography, and channel expansion.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and apply them as appropriate.
Preferable 1-3 years of search engines and social media (Google, Bing, Yahoo) experience required in a high volume environment.
There is a broad understanding of Adwords strategies, keyword bidding, and best practices.
An analytical, self-starter who is passionate about testing, data, and metrics.
Comfortable in deploying manual and automated bidding methodologies.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform analysis to identify trends in large data sets.
Excellent communication skills.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Director will provide management and oversight of all Operational resources, including marketing strategy, products, policy, budges and achievements to meet the Company’s objectives in the most cost-effectively.
What Will You Do?
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide direction and leadership to the Operations team to ensure that the company’s targets are met with output levels and cost objectives to increase profitability.
Implement new product introductions on time to generate targeted revenue and cost saving opportunities.
Planning, organization, staffing and management of the whole Department.
Ensuring the availability of adequate resources of product and personnel efficiently.
The operational team must meet the targets with output levels, quality, production costs and customer satisfaction.
Communication with all Operations employees to ensure an understanding of Company objectives.
Provide monthly report information and performance metric graphs as required.
What Do We Need From You?
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management preferred
Related work experience in Operations preferred
Gather popular styles and elements from US market
Collaborate with engineering to create prototypes to test designs
Research and check your plans with users
Revise and update models based on user testing and customer feedback
Degree in design-related field, HCI, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Receive packages from Lab, ship them out to the correct address by USPS, and update shipping info in our database.
Ensure glasses shipped to customer is perfect, without any damage
Interact with operations manager and staff in lab to update status of order timely
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
People with allocation experience of products will be better
Experience solving complex problems
The Call Center Agent receives incoming calls; schedules qualified consultations and answers questions from customers about eyeglass orders. The primary responsibility is to answers questions and solves after-sale issues about eyeglasses.
Learn basic knowledge about frames, prescription, lenses and return policy
Familiar with website and database
Answering telephone calls with excellent call etiquette
Initiate follow-up calls
Change orders, cancel or issue refund to customer’s account
Enter concise and valid information into the database
Maintain the daily logs and Review Board
